Saturated fat can increase the risk of heart disease and we shouldn't eat more than 20 - 30 grammes of saturated fat a day. The worst sources of saturated fat are meat and meat products. Saturated fat is also in whole milk and milk products like butter and some cheeses. It's even in some vegan products like palm oil and coconut oil. We should limit how much we eat of any food with high saturated fat. [1][2]
